“Thank you Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji for these words of encouragement for the Indian private sector. This statement of support will go a long way in boosting the confidence of the industry,” JSPL Chairman Naveen Jindal tweeted @MPNaveenJindal.

“The private sector is a great contributor & equal partner in the India growth story. The journey towards an #AtmaNirbharBharat will be accelerated if we provide level playing field and encouragement to the private sector,” JSPL Chairman added.

The Prime Minister Modi on Wednesday while replying motion of thanks to President’s address in Parliament, had asserted that the public sector is essential but at the same time the role of the private sector is also vital. Take any sector- telecom, pharma- we see the role of the private sector. If India is able to serve humanity, it is also due to the role of the private sector.” To use improper words against the private sector may have got votes for a few people in the past but those times are gone. The culture of abusing the private sector is not acceptable any longer. We cannot keep insulting our youth like this,” The Prime Minister had insisted.
