BHUBANESWAR/ANGUL: On occasion of birthday of Chairperson, Shallu Jindal, Jindal Steel and Power’s CSR wing, JSP Foundation , conducted several activities and intensified the implementation of its ‘Mission Zero Hunger’ across Odisha, Chhatisgarh and Jharkhand.
India’s well known, Philanthropists cum Kuchipudi dancer, Shallu Jindal, who was born on October 20, 1971, has turned 48.
Led by JSP’s President & Group Head (CSR) and Odisha Head Corporate Communications, Shri Prashant Hota, JSP Foundation served more than 5000 hot cooked meals to the underprivileged and socially vulnerable people in these above 3 States.
Also on this special day, the foundation bolstered the Physiotherapy department at Fortis OP Jindal Hospital & Research Centre with an advanced Laser Therapy and Electrotherapy Unit for Ortho and Neuro
Patients. Fruits were generously distributed amongst all admitted patients, spreading joy and nourishment.
Simultaneously, units across Angul, Tamnar, Patratu, Raigarh and Bhubaneswar more organised health awareness programs, blood donation camps, and provided and clothing to those in need.
