BHUBANESWAR: The Jindal Steel and Power Chairman and former Lok Sabha MP, Naveen Jindal on Wednesday wished his mother Srimati Savitri Jindal, a former Haryana Minister on her Birth Day. Born on March 20, 1950, Savitri Jindal turned 74 today.

Congress Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Shukla also wished Srimati Savitri Jindal . ‘Heartiest birthday greetings to entrepreneur, political leader and philanthropist Smt. Savitri Devi Jindal Ji. Prayers for her healthy, happy and long life, Shukla said in a x post.
It may be noted here that Srimati Savitri Jindal was a Minister in Haryana Government and member of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) from Hisar constituency. She became the chairperson of OP Jindal Group after her husband, Shri O.P. Jindal, who died in a helicopter crash in 2005.
