BHUBANESWAR: The Jindal Steel and Power Chairman, BJP Lok Sabha MP from Haryana’s Kurukshetra Parliamentary seat and eminent Industrialist, Mr Naveen Jindal, who was leading a high level Indian Steel Association delegation to meet Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, has all his praise for State’s youths and their budding talents.
The 3rd times Parliamentarians, Naveen Jindal, who is also president of Indian Steel Association, Flag Foundation of India, and Chancellor OP Jindal Global University, visited CV Raman Global University, Gram Tarang project of Centurion University, and the World Skill Centre at Bhubaneswar during his Odisha visit.
The JSP Chairman and BJP Lok Sabha MP Mr Naveen Jindal was accompanied by President , Group Head (CSR) of Jindal Steel and Power Shri Prashant Kumar Hota and other senior officials of JSP and JSP Foundation.
His visit aimed to understand the new horizons of advanced skilling programmes and the scope of collaboration between industries and such Skilling Centre. The senior Lok Sabha MP Mr Jindal, was highly appreciative of Odisha’s breakthrough in Skilling facilities.
“Rest of India can learn a lot from Odisha.” The Skilling Centres visited by me are running excellent skill development initiatives that can empower our youth,” he said.
In a social media post, MP Mr Jindal said “ It was great visiting the C V Raman Global University, Odisha and learn about their industrial skill training courses. This visit will be instrumental in upgrading our skill training programs in Kurukshetra, ensuring better opportunities for our youth.Special thanks to all the students, teachers and staff for the warm welcome and fruitful interactions. Together, we can create a brighter future for our youth,”

Each centre showcased their commitment to hands-on learning and industry-focused training, which is crucial in preparing our youth for the future.I also had the honour of planting a tree at the university, symbolising our commitment to a greener future. Academic partnerships with such innovative institutions will help elevate the standards of our own institutions in Kurukshetra, providing better opportunities for our students. Earlier, Mr Jindal also paid a courtesy visit to Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and led an ISA delegation to meet Odisha CM Majhi here.
