BHUBANESWAR/GUWAHATI: BJP National President JP Nadda on Tuesday led the BJP in wishing Party’s National VP In Charge of Assam and Delhi , Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda , who turned 57 . Jay Panda, a former 4times MP in both Houses of Parliament from Odisha, is now camping at Assam to oversee Party’s Assembly Poll preparations, where Party Chief Nadda along with Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonwal, Assam Finance Minister Hemant Biwas and BJP’s Saha Pravari for Assam, Phanindranath wished the National VP on his birthday.
