BHUBANESWAR: The Congress President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge has approved the candidature of Shri Jay Narayan Patnaik in place of Suchaitra Mohanty as INC Lok Sabha Candidate from 17- Puri Parliamentary Constituency of Odisha.
Mohanty had expressed his unwillingness to fight in the ensuing polls.
