Complt. -Manoj Kumar Paltasingh s/o-Late Mrutyunjaya Paltasingh of Gadasahi,Benapanjuri , PS-Jatni.
Deceased- Subham Swarup Paltasingh(14) S/o-Manoj Kumar Paltasingh, Gadasahi,Benapanjuri ,Jatani
Gist-
On 01.11.2023 at about 5.35PM, JCL (Juvenile in conflict with law) who is pursuing +2 1st year Science barged into the house of the complt. and stabbed to the deceased Subham by means of a knife who was studying in his bedroom on the ground floor of their house causing profuse bleeding on his chest and neck. He was received dead at DHH, Khordha.
Seizure-
1. The weapon of offence i.e. a blood stained knife.
2. The wearing apparels, i.e. college uniform, Note books in a bag and slippers of JCL from the spot left by him
3. Sample blood stains of deceased, his blood stained wearing apparels etc.
Actions taken:-
Scientific Team has visited the spot.
PM over the dead body of deceased is being done.
The JCL has been apprehended & will be produced before the JJB.
