Brief of the case
One mother D Neelabeni and her 7 yr old son D Rushi of Chudialanji village were found dead under suspicious circumstances . On the written report of Dali Mohan Reddy husband of the deceased, Jarada case no 71/2024 was registered and investigated into.
From the investigation conducted so far it is ascertained that one Gali Debendra Reddy is the bhanaja of the complainant D.Mohan Reddy. He had illicit relation with the wife of D.Dhananjaya (the younger brother of the complainant) D.Gunnama. The deceased D Neelabeni who is the wife of the complainant somehow came to know about the illicit relationship and she opposed their relation and warned both of them to disclose the same before D Dhananjaya and other family members. For this, a petty quarrel happened between them.
Over this issue, accused G.Debendra proposed to kill D.Neelabeni and it was supported by D.Gunnama. They made a plan, accordingly on 18.02.2024 at evening D.gunnama visited the house of D.Neelabeni and secretly opened the lock of the door of the staircase to the terrace. In the late night G.Debendra entered the house of the deceased from the backside and climbed to the terrace as per their previous plan.
First he murdered D.Neelabeni by pressing her neck meanwhile her Son D.Rushi who was sleeping near woke up and witnessed the incident. The accused thought that he will disclose everything in the morning hence, he murdered him also by smothering. After murder the accused escaped through the same route. Both the accused persons have been arrested and will be forwarded today.
