BHUBANESWAR:BJP is the largest political party in the world. BJP and NDA are in power in 21 states of the country. From MPs, MLAs to local representatives, BJP is a party that is respected in India. The people of the state have been increasing their faith and trust in the leadership of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the popular Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi day by day. After 78 years of change in the governance system of Odisha, BJP has formed the government alone and has become the trust of the people in the last 18 months.
Inspired by the ideology of BJP and expressing faith in the developmental work of the double-engine government in the state, today, Jagatsinghpur district Birdi block president Mamata Patra and Puri district Krishnaprasad block president Sarojini Tarai left BJD and joined BJP with hundreds of supporters. This merger has further strengthened the party organization in Tirtol constituency, Jagatsinghpur district, Brahmagiri constituency and Puri district, said State President Shri Manmohan Samal at the merger ceremony held at the State Office today.
Shri Samal said that the BJP government is doing what it says, and the trust of the people is increasing day by day. BJP is fulfilling all the promises it made in the resolution. It has done developmental work like making the paddy support price Rs. 3100 per quintal, giving Rs. 50 thousand in Subhadra Yojana, giving Rs. 500 crore corpus fund to Puri Shrimandir, opening the four doors of Shrimandir, opening Ratna Bhandar, taking a decision to irrigate 15 lakh hectares of land, starting the process to refund the money of small depositors who have deposited in chit funds. Odisha has a lot of potential, the successful Prime Minister Modi has dreamed of making Odisha the number 1 state. Odisha will have the largest share in the efforts he is continuing to build a developed India by 2047.
For this, the popular Chief Minister Shri Majhi Aharah is working hard to create more opportunities in the fields of industry, tourism, transportation and employment in Odisha, starting from agriculture. We all have to work hard together to build a developed Odisha by 2036. We have to resolve to solve the basic problems of the people and move towards developing the state and the country, said Shri Samal.
On this occasion, former Panchayat Samiti members of Brahmagiri Assembly constituency in Puri district, Shri Vijay Tarai, Bibhuti Tarai, Jahansant Chandra Tarai, Bhaskar Tarai, Golakh Tarai, Milan Dalai have formally left BJD and joined BJP.
