Brief: –
On 05.09.2024 at 06.14 PM one Padmamalini Mohapatra(51), W/o- Ashok Kumar Mohapara of vil-Plot No-516/1758/3276 near Manyabar KIIT, BBSR , PS- Infocity, Dist- Khurda appeared at PS and reported that On dated 02-09-2024 at about 01.30 PM , one Manas Kumar Sahoo, Arun Kumar Rout, Naru Rout and 10-15 antisocial of Patia were forcibly entered into her House with Knife, Bhujali, Hockey Sticks, Chain etc and abused her in filthy languages, Assaulted her by means of fist blows as a result she received sustained injuries, threatened her in dire consequences and damaged front portions of her house by using 2 nos of JCB and taken away with some valuable articles from her house.
Investigation conducted so far reveals that the accused persons are local goons and their main work is to occupy the land of innocent people forcefully were made a pre meditated conspiracy in order to occupy the land of complainant. On 02.09.2024 at about 1.30 PM the accused persons as per their planning barged into the house of victim by breaking the iron grill gate by using JCB. The accused persons forcibly took away the valuable properties and ransacked causing vandalism.
The accused persons also forcibly closed the road used by the complainant connecting to main road and obstructing the complainant and neighbor to go outside from the house by keeping a container on the road and constructed a boundary wall with an intention that if the road will be closed than the victim will be forced to leave the house. During breaking the compound wall of the house of victim the culprit Manas Sahoo ,aruna rout are showing the live demolishing to someone .Hence it is evident that someone has hired them by giving huge money (supari) to vacate the land and house of victim for construction of property forcibly without any valid ROR and sale deed.
The culprits were also talking to demolish the house in the night while the victim and family members will go to sleep. At the time of demolitionwhen the complt. was recording the incident the accused Manas Sahu snatched away her mobile phone and went away.

3) Jagdish Patasani, Age 28 Years, S/o.Late Bhaskar Patasani, At-Nidhi Pur, PS-Jankia, Dist- Khurda, At/pr K-9 BDA Kalinganagar , PS- Tamando Bhubaneswar, Dist- Khurda
