BHUBANESWAR: Naveen Patnaik’s Biju Janata Dal MPs in Rajya Sabha applied their own conscience and voted in favour and against while 1 MPs remain absent.
Of the 7 BJD MPs, 3 MPs including Subhashish Khuntia aka Muna Khuntia, Muka Khan and Sulata Deo voted against the Bill.
Party’s 3 MPs incuding Dr Sasmit Patra, Manas Mangaraj and Niranjan Bisi voted in favour of the bill while Debasish Samantray remain absent, high level sources covering Parliament told over Phone from New Delhi on Friday.
On BJD MP admitted for voting in favour of the Bill.
