BHUBANESWAR: With Police arrested honeytrap blackmailer Arachana Nag Chand and her husband , Jagabandhu Channd under Sections 341, 328, 324, 354 – C, 370, 386/387/388, 389, 419/420, 465, 506, 120 – B of IPC and Section 66 -E, 67 of IT Act, the couple may faces off during interrogation, sources said on Saturday.
Police after arresting Archana’s husband Jagabandhu Chand , have also seized the secret diary, mobile phones and laptop. “We may move court seeking their remand if needed,” said Bhubaneswar DCP, Prateek Singh.
“Any person found having link with the alleged racket will be taken to task,” said Bhubaneswar DCP Singh. A diary, four mobile phones, a laptop and some important documents have also been seized, DCP added.
