BHUBANESWAR: Honeytrap Blackmailer Archana Nag, who has been lodged at Jharpada Special Jail here, is all set to appear her integrated law semester examination at Capital Law College in City.
This was possible for Archana after Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court in Bhubaneswar granted permission to her to appear at her integrated law semester examination.
Nag had approached the Court to allow her to appear her examinations while Court granted permission for it.
Nag arrested twice by City Police and Enforcement Directorate over blackmailing and money laundering. Nag’s husband Jagabandhu Chand also lodged at the same Jharpada Jail here.
Arachana Nag Chand and her husband , Jagabandhu Chand were booked under Sections 341, 328, 324, 354 – C, 370, 386/387/388, 389, 419/420, 465, 506, 120 – B of IPC and Section 66 -E, 67 of IT Act.
