BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi was on Tuesday held a fruitful discussion with visiting High Commissioner of Singapore to India Simon Wong at Lok Seva Bhawan. Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, Home Secretary Satyabrata Sahu, Additional Chief Secretary to CM, Nikunja Dhal and others were among present.
During the meeting, High Commissioner of Singapore to India Simon Wong informed Chief Minister Majhi that Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam will visit Odisha in January as part of his India tour. This visit marks a significant milestone in the 60-year strong diplomatic relationship between Singapore and India.
‘I am pleased to announce that Singapore will be the first country partner at the Utkarsh Odisha- Make in Odisha Conclave 2025. This presents tremendous opportunities to collaborate in sectors like petrochemicals, green energy, urban planning, and skill development. Looking forward to strengthening our partnership for mutual growth and regional stability,” CM Majhi said.
