BHUBANESWAR: Noted Industrialist and Vedanta Group Chairman, Anil Agarwal , was in Bhubaneswar to attend, ‘Utkarsh Odisha’ – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025 , faced strong protest from members of Green Odisha, an organisation fighting for forest protection.
The activists chased Anil Agwarwal’s vehicle putting local police in tizzy. Several activists tried to attack his vehicle. Later police took control on the agitating activities and Vedanta Group Chairman escape unhurt. They alleged that Vedanta’s mining and company activities creating lot of pollution in several areas of Odisha.
