VIJAYAWADA/BHUBANESWAR: Governors of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, Prof Ganeshi Lal and Biswabhusan Harichandan have condoled the death of Bharat Ratna melody queen, Lata Mangeshkar, who passed away at 92.
‘End of an Era’, expresses Hon’ble Governor,hearing the passing away of Nightingale of India #LataMangeshkar ji. ‘I am extremely sad to hear the news of #Lataji, her euphonious voice will continue to live in our hearts & will be remembered for generations to come, Governor of Odisha, Prof Ganeshi Lal said.
Andhra Pradesh Governor Sri Biswabhusan Harichandan expressed profound grief and sadness over the passing away of Legendary singer Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar ji.
He said that Lata Mangeshkar Ji was the greatest singer the country has ever produced and popularly known as the Queen of Melody and the Nightingale of India.
The Governor said that the void created by her can never be filled and she will be remembered by generations to come, for her contribution to the world of music and offered his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members.
