BHUBANESWAR: Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal on Monday lent his voice to record the State anthem ‘Bande Utkala Janani’ in a new style at the Milan Studio in Cuttack.
Along with the Governor, female playback singer Deeptirekha was also seen giving her voice to the song.
Composed by music director Prem Anand, the song was recorded at Milan Studio while the video part will be very soon shot at the Raj Bhawan in Puri. The song will be released on the occasion of Utkal Divas. Earlier, Prof Lal had lent his voice for the Odia song ‘Mati Odisha, Jati Odisha’ which had become very popular.
