Give Back Welfare Association Trust holds annual Function, MP Aparajjita Sarangi grace the occasion

BHUBANESWAR: “Service to Mankind is Service to God” inspired by this ideology “Give Back Welfare Association Trust” was formed by few high spirited individuals back in 2017 with the aim of give-back to the society in terms of education, health and plantation drive.

It was registered in 2018 as an autonomous institution. Its core aim was to assimilate the children from deprived and backward classes of the society in the mainstream by providing proper education, treatment of persons suffering from severe illness, awareness drive regarding various government welfare schemes, ensuring basic necessities to be available to each individual, distribution of books and other educational accessories in the remote areas above all distribution of masks and sanitizer during the covid-19 pandemic.

With the help of all the members this institution has now attained its youth from childhood. Without any government help, this institution is being driven by the monthly self-contribution from the members.

In this long 5 years, this institution has played an important role in education, health and plantation drive above all for the livelihood maintenance of common man during covid-19 pandemic. This institution has celebrated its Annual Function on 26.03.2023 at Red-Cross Bhavan, Unit-9, BBSR.

Honorable Member of Parliament, Smt. Aparajita Sarangi by being the Chief Guest of the said ceremony opined that “Humility is the mother of all virtues”. This is only the meaning of worship of Lord Jagannath.

She was fortunate enough to take up job for the service of common man by heeding to her inner guts and leaving behind her Administrative career. On this occasion she announced for the contribution of Rs. 10,000/- to this institution.

Dr. Shankar Ramchandani, Assistant Professor, VIMSAR Burla, has re-iterated the ideology of “Service to Mankind” by joining as the Guest of Honour. He has a noble aim of establishing a health care center in Bhubaneswar having the provision of getting treatment with a meagre amount of Rs. 1/- .

On this occasion various eminent personalities were felicitated for their commendable contribution towards social service.

The program was managed by Mr. Binay Kumar Mallick, Mr. Lingaraj Dash, Mr. Mohan Kumar Mishra. The program was concluded with Vote Of Thanks offered by Mr. Lingaraj Dash.
