1. Jogesh kumar Garuda @ Munda, Age- 37 years, S/o- Lt Rajendra kumar Garuda,
2. Jitesh Dalabehera, Age- 20 years, S/o- Mitu Dalabehera,
3. Ganesh Nayak, Age- 21 years, S/o- Rama Nayak, all are of Dhanamera Sahi,
4. Muna Sethi, Age- 31 years, S/o- Tutu Sethi of Ananda Nagar, Panigrahipentho Sahi, all are of PS- Badabazar, Berhampur.

1. Three handmade bombs,
2. Five large size iron swords
_*Brief of the case*_:
On 15.01.2026 Badabazar police team while performing night patrolling at about 01.30 AM, while they were moving around Dhanamera Sahi PS area, they received an information from reliable source that some persons of Dhanamera Sahi who were the associates of Amit Mukhi who got severely injured recently were preparing to assault the opposite party being armed with deadly weapons like swords and bombs and they have assembled in the house of Jogesh kumar Garuda @ Munda at Dhanamera Sahi.
At about 01.45 AM police team along with staff reached the spot at Dhanamera Sahi and conducted raid and managed to apprehend the above 4 persons.
On verification Police team found 5 large size swords and 3 handmade bombs.
On interrogation they confessed that they had assembled there to take revenge and to assault the opposite party members who have assaulted their associate Amit Mukhi.
Hence they were detained and the incriminating weapons were seized. Accused persons were arrested and forwarded. Quick action by Berhampur police team averted a revenge murder.
