BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: Former Odisha Chief Secretary and retired IAS officer, Bijay Kumar Patnaik on Friday joined Indian National Congress.
Patnaik joined Congress in presence of AICC President Mallikaarjun Kharge , AICC Odisha Inchare Chella Kumar and PCC Chief Sarat Patnaik at AICC Headquarters in New Delhi.
“Having Shri Bijay Patnaik, former Chief Secretary of Odisha, as a member of Congress Party is a momentous occasion for us.His exceptional expertise and broad experience will undoubtedly be an asset for our Party, PCC Odisha said in a tweet.
