BHUBANESWAR: After his name missed in candidate lists, Former Deputy Speaker of Odisha Assembly, Rama Chandra Panda, on Thursday resigned from BJD while Bapi Sarkel left Congress.
The senior BJD leader tendered his resignation letter to party chief Naveen Patnaik citing ‘ticket denial’ as the reason behind his move.Rama Chandra Panda joined the BJD in 2017.
Senior Congress leader in Paradip in Jagatsinghpur , Bapi Sarkel resigned from Congress today.
