BHUBANESWAR: The Jindal Steel and Power (JSP) Chairman and India’s leading Steel Maker, Naveen Jindal has turned nostalgic while visiting Company’s Angul facility in Odisha with son Venkatesh Jindal.
The JSP Chairman has shared photos of his son Venkatesh Jindal visiting JSP’s Angul facility along with him. Naveen Jindal’s son Venkatesh Jindal currently works as part of the corporate finance and strategy team at JSP, sources said.
The former 2 times Lok Sabha MP, who also heads, Flag Foundation of India, recollected his past experience during his visit to Hot Strip Mill at Angul along with his visionary father Shri OP Jindal.
In an X post, the JSP Chairman Naveen Jindal described how he walked alongside Bauji, (father Shri OP Jindal) absorbing the intricacies of JSP’s operations and establishing a shared vision for the future.
‘Now, the tradition continues as I share this experience with my son Venkatesh. A legacy of learning and growth,” the JSP Chairman said in an X post.
“Reflecting on cherished memories as I visited JSP’s iconic Hot Strip Mill today at Angul. In the early days, I walked alongside Bauji, absorbing the intricacies of JSP’s operations and establishing a shared vision for the future. Now, the tradition continues as I share this experience with my son Venkatesh. A legacy of learning and growth!,’ the JSP Chairman added.
It may be noted here that JSPL plan to expand the Angul steel plant’s capacity from 6 MTPA to 25.2 MTPA by 2030 ,which will be the largest Plant in the World in a single location as per present capacities.
Late industrialist Shri OP Jindal’s four sons — Prithvi Raj Jindal, Sajjan Jindal, Ratan Jindal and Naveen Jindal — manage four different businesses in the group.
