First Day at Odisha People’s CM’s Public Grievance Hearing: A total of 1,540 complaints were registered, with more than 5,000 people attended

On Monday, Odisha Chief Minister's Grievance Hearing Cell started functioning where, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Minister KV Singhdeo, Minister Ganeshram Singh Khuntia, Minister Pradeep Balasamant, Minister Krishna Chandra Mohapatra, were among those present and directed the concerned departments to listen to the complaints of prominent people and take steps to solve the problem.

BHUBANESWAR:   On Monday, Odisha  Chief Minister’s Grievance Hearing Cell started functioning where, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Minister KV Singhdeo, Minister  Ganeshram Singh Khuntia, Minister Pradeep Balasamant, Minister  Krishna Chandra Mohapatra, were among those present and directed the concerned departments to listen to the complaints of prominent people and take steps to solve the problem.

A total of 1,540 complaints were registered today, with more than 5,000 people coming forward. More than a thousand people came to the Chief Minister’s Grievance Room today and told their problems to the Chief Minister and other ministers. After listening to everyone’s problems with deep concern, the Chief Minister gave the necessary instructions to the officials.

The Chief Minister said that the complaint hearing process will be further strengthened. Along with me, the Deputy Chief Minister and members of the Cabinet have also contributed to this. If this continues, the officials at the district level will give priority and solve the problems of the people.

He expressed the hope that there would be fewer complaints at the state level as people’s problems could be resolved at the district level. The Chief Minister expressed hope that about 99 percent of complaints will be resolved in today’s hearing.
