BHUBANESWAR:Excise Department conducted a late-night raid at a bar and pub in the Kharavela Nagar area on Valentine’s Day, following allegations that the establishment was operating beyond permitted hours.
However, some youths and bar employees allegedly attacked and physically assaulted the government officials.
The bar was later locked, and the Excise Dept Commissioner has been urged to take strict action against the establishment and to seal it.
