BHUBANESWAR: Continuing its attack of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on the first day of Budget session of Odisha Assembly, the Opposition, BJP on Tuesday demanded for examination of call records of 5T Secretary VK Pandian and Jajpur MLA and BJD Organisational general secretary Babby Das alias Pranab Prakash Das over the mysterious murder of ex Health Minister Naba Das.
BJP which walked out from the House protesting over Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal’s address and also its Chief whip did not allow to speak in the house, staged a dharna outside the House.
Leader of Opposition Jayanarayan Mishra, alleged that only 4 days before murder of Naba Das, there was a telephonic conversation between Odisha 5T Secretary VK Pandian and Jajpur MLA Pranab Prakash Das. The call records of Pandian and Pranab Prakash Das should be examined. As we lost hope on Odisha Police, the case should be handed over to CBI, he said.
