BHUBANESWAR: Eminent Industrialist Mahesh Agarwal led Sree Metaliks Ltd to invest Rs 885 crore to expand its integrated steel plant in Keonjhar, home turf of Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, creating 950 employment opportunities.
This was approved by State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) meeting, chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja in presence of Additional Chief Secretary Industry and MSME , Hemant Sharma and other senior officials.
A total of 19 investment projects worth Rs 3,898.54 crore including Sree Metaliks Ltd ‘s Rs 885 crore investment got approval.
‘ In Keonjhar, Sree Metaliks Limited will invest Rs 885 crore to expand its integrated steel plant, creating 950 employment opportunities, “ ACS Industry and MSME , Mr Sharma said.
