ED provisionally attached 18 Properties worth Rs.21.15 Crore of M/s Anmol Mines Pvt Ltd in Odisha

BHUBANESWAR:  The Enforcement Directorate (ED)has provisionally attached 18 properties worth Rs.21.15 Crore in the form of 7 lands/flats.

The flats are located  at Barbil in Keonjhar; 6 lands at Khordha, 1 residential flat at Cuttack,  and 4 properties at Bhubaneswar in Odisha belonging to M/s Anmol Mines Pvt. Ltd under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 in the case of bank fraud by M/s Indian Technomac Co. Ltd (M/s ITCOL) and others.

The ED’s action comes after it launched an investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, based on an FIR registered by the CBI against ITCOL and others for alleged bank fraud. The Board members and directors are Soumya Sephalika Dash and Shakti Ranjan Dash.
