BHUBANESWAR: ED , which appealed to the court seeking to take Honeytrap Blackmailer Archana Nag on a 15-day remand, got only 7 days of remand. Now ED will grill Archana for next 7 days to find out more details on honeytrap.
Archana’s claim has also given a new direction to the entire issue. “Where are the so-called victims? I was arbitrarily arrested and my family members were under the surveillance,” said Archana after appearing before the District & Sessions Court, Bhubaneswar, on Monday. “I want everything should be probed. The truth will come out if the CBI investigates the case,” adding, “I have not taken a single rupee from Akshay Parija.”
“Where is Shradhanjali now? Why she is hiding? Why she is not coming in front of the media?” she further asked while being taken back to the judicial custody.
Arachana Nag Chand and her husband , Jagabandhu Chand were booked under Sections 341, 328, 324, 354 – C, 370, 386/387/388, 389, 419/420, 465, 506, 120 – B of IPC and Section 66 -E, 67 of IT Act and presently lodged at Jharpada Special Jail.
