BHUBANESWAR: Based on input received on Toll free No 1064, today, Dr Ranjeeb Kumar Rout, Superintendent , Sainkul CHC, in Keonjhar has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while taking bribe Rs.20,800/-from a subordinate for appointment of his sister as Yoga Instructor & drawl of his pending salary bill.
The Complaint., contacted Vigilance over TOLLFREE NO-1064 following bribe demand & harassment by Dr. Rout. Following this, he was nabbed today.
In this connection, BLS Vigilance PS case no 7/2024 U/s-7PC (Amd) Act, 2018 has been registered. Investigation is in progress.
