BHADRAK/BHUBANESWAR: Few days after Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, launched the distribution of Smart Health Cards in Bhadrak, the process is in full swing in Bhandariphokari Assembly segment of the district, held by BJD’s veteran MLA Prafulla Samal.
MLAs’s representative and party’s State Secretary Er Prayaskanti Samal(Lulu), has been holding small functions and gathers at Panchayat level to distribute the cards.
Panchayats like Ramachandrapur, Adia and several others areas under Bhandaripokhari Assembly segment have been covered in past few days.
