NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: Union PNG-Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday reviewed the progress made in COVID-19 vaccination in Odisha by corporates with officials from Central Ministries, PSUs, Corporates, Private Hospitals and other organizations.
Union Minister Pradhan listened to the experiences of corporates and hospitals in vaccinating people, called for expanding the pace of vaccination, addressing any vaccine hesitancy to combat a possible third wave of the pandemic.
“Hon. PM Shri @narendramodi has led from the front and committed free vaccine for every eligible citizen. Recently, we also made record number of vaccinations in the country on a single day,”Dharmendra Pradhan tweeted @dpradhanbjp.
Pradhan also called for setting up a task force to monitor vaccination by corporates in Odisha. All stakeholders must come together to vaccinate rapidly and ensure Odisha emerges out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
