Dharmendra demands direct Flight from Jharsuguda to Mumbai

BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: Union PNG-Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has written a letter to Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Suri seeking to introduce direct Flight between Odisha’s industrial rich Jharsuguda and India’s Financial Capital Mumbai.

Highlighting that the Veer Surendra Sai Air Port in Jharsuguda , which was came up under UDAN scheme, has been immensely helping people in western parts of Odisha to travel Country’s other parts, Pradhan requested Suri to look into the matter and do the needful.

Pradhan also argued that SpiceJet running Flights from Jharsuguda to New Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata and earning profits and I request you to start air services between Jharsuguda and Mumbai, Pradhan added.
