BHUBANESWAR:Today is a historic day for all of us. History has been created in the Bihar elections and history has also been created in the Nuapada by-election. First of all, I would like to thank the people of Nuapada for voting in record numbers. Today’s results have changed the political trajectory in the state. Today’s historic victory reflects the inspiring leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the welfare schemes and clean governance and administration of our government, said the popular Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi.
Joining the program held to celebrate the victory ceremony held at the state office today, Chief Minister Shri Majhi said that today’s election is a vote for Nuapada development. Development is the symbol of faith and development is the symbol of progress. The people of Nuapada have participated in building a prosperous Odisha and a developed India. The double engine government has been successful in accelerating the development of Odisha for the last 16 months under the people’s government, providing clean governance and a triple engine government. The people of Nuapada have joined in the challenge we had given to form a triple engine government. The people of Nuapada have understood that Nuapada will develop only under the BJP government. The people of Nuapada have proven today that the era of being fooled by false propaganda and false dreams is over.
There are two main reasons for this historic victory of BJP.
First, the development agenda of the state government and second, the insult to the soul of the deceased MLA Late Rajendra Bhai Dholakia. The family of Late Rajendra Dholakia was attacked by calling him a traitor. Who really betrayed whom, the people of Nuapada have given their answer through votes.
Amidst various intentional contradictions, sponsored complaints and attempts to suppress the voice of the people, the courage, cooperation and above all the blessings of the people of Nuapada have impressed us. Our party is not just a front for political purposes, but a permanent home for service and dedication, not we but our voters have proven this, said Chief Minister Shri Majhi.
There was no doubt about the Nuapada by-election results for me or our party. In fact, this election was a fight for the second position. Honorable Chief Minister Shri Majhi has expressed his gratitude and congratulations to the hard work of our party’s renowned State President Shri Manmohan Samal and his entire team and all the workers for today’s historic victory.
I have already said that the responsibility of developing Nuapada is mine. I will take steps to expedite everything that has been announced. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected outgoing Jai Dholakia and hope that he will work to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the people of Nuapada, said Chief Minister Shri Majhi.
Similarly, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and felicitations to the successful Prime Minister and the world’s development leader Shri Narendra Modi, National President Shri J.P. Nadda, Honorable Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, Union Minister in charge of Bihar elections Shri Dharmendra Pradhan and the re-elected NDA government in Bihar for Bihar’s historic victory today, said Chief Minister Shri Majhi.
Joining this victory celebration, the famous state president Shri Manmohan Samal said that in the past, the Kainshi party had not achieved such a historic victory in Nuapada. Nuapada had always been neglected under the previous governments. It is true that we were at number three in the last 2024 general elections, but we did not neglect it after coming to power. The people of Odisha, including Nuapada, have seen many governments, but we have felt popular in just 16 months of our government’s rule.
The people of Nuapada stood with us like a pillar in this by-election, expressing their faith in the work of the BJP government. Narendra Modi at the Center and Mohan Majhi in the state trusted the government. We dreamed of development, prepared a plan and successfully implemented it. Our government has become a hero from zero. For that, I express my deepest gratitude to the people of Nuapada, said the state president Shri Samal. State President Shri Samal Hardik has congratulated the legendary Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and all the leaders for the BJP’s phenomenal success in the Bihar elections.
On this occasion, State President Shri Manmohan Samal presented a bouquet of flowers to the popular Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi and congratulated him and ate sweets together. Today’s victory brought a lot of happiness and joy to the workers.
