BHUBANESWAR: The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India, is running the “Sushasan Saptah – Prasasan Gaon Ki Aur 2025” campaign from 19th to 25th December, 2025. In this context, Sushasan Saptah, 2025 is being observed in various districts of the state.
On this occasion, workshops are being organized on various portals and special camps on redressal of public grievances and issues related to good governance.
As on December 24, 2025, a total of 10,728 complaints have been resolved out of the complaints received through the Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) and the Genocide Portal in the state.
