BHUBANESWAR: The dead body of Narayan Rout, son of Purnachandra Rout , hailing from Chakibanka village of Kendrapara’s Rajnagar block, in Odisha, died at his working place at Abu Dhabi in Dubai, back home after BJP National Vice President Baijayant Jay Panda intervene into the issue and took up the matter with Ministry of External Affairs.
Sources said, deceased Rout has been working in Dubai since past 2 years while he died on December 12 but his family members faced hardship in bringing his dead body to home. Finding no way out, family members of the deceased had approached BJP National VP Jay Panda for help while the BJP leader immediately swung into action with taking up the issue with Indian Ambassador in Dubai for return of dead to home State of Odisha.
As a result of which, dead body reached at the Biju Patnaik Internatonal Airport here on Thursday , where officials of Baijayant Panda’s Bhubaneswar Office received it along with family members of the deceased. Deceased’s father has thanked Baijayant Panda for his timely help.
