BHUBANESWAR/RAYAGADA: Continuing their field visits to make sure ample health care facilities be available for COVID-19 positive patients, Odisha Development Commissioner Suresh Mohapatra flanked by 5T Secretary VK Pandian visited tribal dominated Rayagada district and reviewed the ground situation.
