BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Special Relief Commissioner , PK Jena in a tweet, has hinted that the fear of cyclone Jawad may not have impact on the State considering its landfall location. Citing picture taken from satellite image of Indian Metrological Department, SRC Jena said, good news that hopefully the clone may not make a landfall in Odisha if it follows the forecast paths.

‘JAWAD’ weakened into a Deep Depression at 1730 hrs IST of Saturday , lay about 180 km east-southeast of Vishakhapatnam, 260 km south of Gopalpur , 330 km south-southwest of Puri and 420 km south-southwest of Paradip, IMD said.
