CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR: Cuttack Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) court has directed actress Varsha Priyadarshini to vacate actor-turned Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty’s ancestral house at Nandi Sahi.
The court stated Varsha has to leave Anubhav’s house within two months after receiving Rs 30,000 as compensation from the actor. It further directed Anubhav to pay the compensation amount to Varsha within 10th of every month.
Based on a petition filed by the Kendrapara MP, the Cuttack SDJM court passed the directives to both Varsha and Anubhav today.
Anubhav had earlier filed two separate petitions demanding Varsha to leave his home for which Anubhav was willing to arrange accommodation. He had also demanded Varsha to reveal her income sources and monthly average income so that the court can decide on the monthly maintenance money.
“The house where Varsha is residing now is a joint property owned by Anubhav’s grandfather and his brothers. It is for their (Anubhav’s grandparents) sake, that the court has ordered her to leave the house.” Alok Kumar Mohapatra, Anubhav’s lawyer said
