CUTTACK: The Cuttack Rupa Tarkashi Pavilion, organized during the historic Bali Yatra, has been inaugurated. The Secretary of the Handlooms, Textiles and Handicrafts Department and Central Revenue Commissioner, Smt. Guha Punam Tapas Kumar, inaugurated it on Wednesday as the chief guest. Live demonstrations have been arranged to attract and make the youth aware of this traditional fine craft.
A total of 10 stalls have been opened in the Rupa Tarkashi Pavilion. It will continue till November 12. The inauguration program was attended by Handicrafts Director and Additional Secretary Pratap Chandra Hota, Handicrafts Deputy Director Managobind Jena, Deputy Director Soumya Surbhitta Singh.
