COVID-19 Double Dose Certificate Not Compulsory for Mahaprabhu’s Darshan, says SJTA Chief Administrator

PURI/BHUBANESWAR: The Shree Jagannatha Temple Administration, Chief Administrator Krishan Kumar on Monday  informed that devotees are not required to carry double-dose vaccination certificate to visit the temple from February 21, 2022.

The decision has been taken at the Chhatisa Nijog meeting. “As you know, a large number of people have taken double dose and COVID-19 positive graph has been on decline, it has been decided to ease out some restrictions,” Dr Kumar said adding he also appealed to devotees coming to Shree Mandir, should have taken double dose. Mask wearing is mandatory for devotees visiting the Temple, Kumar added.
