PATNA: The Congress people, who imposed the Emergency in the country, are today in Bihar, along with the RJD, spreading the lie of ‘vote theft’ and misleading the people of Bihar and the country. The people who stole the rights of the deprived and the victims during the Jungle Raj are today spreading the lie of ‘vote theft’, said Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan while attending various programs in Bihar.
Union Minister Shri Pradhan, who is on a visit to Bihar, today attended the ‘Youth Summit: Youth of Bihar @ 2047’ organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha in Patna and attended the 12th convocation ceremony of IIT Patna. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a vision of ‘Developed India 2047’ before the country and this dream will be realized only when the youth of Bihar takes the lead.
In India’s ancient civilization, Bihar has led the country. Under the successful leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Bihar is setting a new direction for development in India. Under the dynamic leadership of the Prime Minister and the guidance of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Bihar is once again going to become a hub of knowledge and education. Inspired by the democratic ideas of ‘Loknayak’ Jayaprakash Narayan, the youth of Bihar and the entire people will teach these anti-constitutionalists a lesson in the upcoming assembly elections and pave the way for “Developed India – Developed Bihar”, he opined.
On the other hand, Shri Pradhan congratulated the students who received medals and degrees at the 12th convocation of IIT Patna. Participating in the program, he said that the country expects a lot from IIT students. Our students will not only achieve individual success but will also fulfill the expectations of the country and contribute to national priorities. Vocal for Local is an important aspect to realize Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Developed India by 2047”. He urged IIT Patna to work towards making a big contribution in bringing local products of Bihar to the global market.
He further said, “If Bihar develops, then India will also develop. This will be possible only when we emphasize education in mother tongue. Today, the world is facing many problems including climate change, India is going to play a major role in solving them and for this, we have to take the lead in becoming job creators rather than job seekers,” he said.
During this visit, Shri Pradhan met Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna and discussed the all-round development of Bihar, restoration of its ancient glory and prosperity. During this visit, Shri Pradhan also met Bihar’s Industries Minister Nitish Mishra. Union Ministers Giriraj Singh, Nityananda Roy and Bihar BJP State President Dilip Jaishwal were prominently present at the IIT Samacharnath ceremony and youth conference.
