BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: Continuing his popularity, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been adjudged as the best CM in the country, as per the ABP News-C Voter Desh Ka Mood survey. Patnaik is followed by his Delhi Counterpart Arvind Kejriwal at the second spot and Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy at the third position.The survey further says that 91 percent of people in Odisha are happy with the work of the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
