Coal India’s Subsidiary MCL Tribal Group Members donates Rs 30,000 to Odisha CMRF

SAMBALPUR/BHUBANESWAR: Union Coal Ministry run Coal India Ltd’s subsidiary, Mahanadi Coal Fields Limited, which has joined hands with Odisha Government to set up COVID-19 Hospitals, has on Thursday scripted another glory after Members of MCL Tribal Group handed over to the Director (Personnel), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited a cheque of Rs 30,000 in favour of Odisha Chief Minster’s Relief Fund.

Sources said the members were moved by the appeal of  Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Union Coal-Mines and Parliamentary Affairs Prahallad Joshi and Union PNG-Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan , have donated to Odisha CMRF.

“The Director (P) appreciated the tribal group members for making contribution to strengthen #FightAgainstCoronavirus.The cheque will be handed over to the Collector, Sambalpur.
