BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik while addressing the 12th Foundation Day of Odisha State Commission for Child Rights, here on Tuesday, sanctioned Rs 3.82 crore for construction of Utkal Balashram Building at Cuttack on the occasion.
CM said, “All our effort should be directed at one goal- bring smiles on the face of every child.”
CM Naveen Patnaik further stated that his government is striving to create an atmosphere where every child grows up to his or her full potential.
