BHUBANESWAR: 5T Secretary VK Pandian on Thursday posted a video message in his instagram account where, he highlighted about Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s punctuality.
5T Secretary Pandian recorded the video message in a chopper, in which CM Patnaik was present and on his way to Angul to inaugurate several deployment projects.
Pandian, said, even though, Patnaik has been Chief Minister for past 22 years but he never missed anytime line, whether it is a public or official programme.
‘We have taken off to Angul, honourable CM is known for his punctuality. It’s a learning point for everyone. He has been the CM for past 22 years but he never missed any timeline, whether it is a public or official programme, it’s a big lesson for all of us,” 5T Secretary Pandian said in the video message.
