CM launches Bilingual Integrated Consumer Service Portal

BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday launched bilingual integrated consumer service portal www.mobidyut.com and mobile App under Mo Sarkar 5T to provide efficient, time bound & transparent energy service delivery. Electricity services will now come under #MoSarkar, benefitting 89 lakh+ consumers.

CM appealed consumers and general public of #Odisha to take advantage of this facility to resolve their electricity service related issues in a simple, easy and quick manner. A Mobile App has been developed for availing the service and it will soon be available in App stores. #5T

Consumers can get new power connection up to 5 KW for domestic, general & other purposes like irrigation, pumping & agriculture in 48 hrs. The services will now be monitored under Mo Sarkar 5T; minister and senior officials will be in touch with consumers for their feedback.

Designed as common/uniform online facilities for all power utilities of #Odisha, portal is equipped with proper escalation matrix & dashboard facility for smooth flow of service disposal, status updating & enforcing accountability of utility officials towards consumer issues. #5T.
