A new hostel, , built with an expenditure of Rs 10 crore, which will accommodate 400 girls, was on Saturday inaugurated at Shailabala Women’s Autonomous College in Cuttack by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik through virtual mode

CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR:  A new hostel,  built with an expenditure of Rs 10 crore, which will accommodate 400 girls, was on Saturday inaugurated at Shailabala Women’s Autonomous College in Cuttack by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik through virtual mode.

The Chief Minister Patnaik also laid foundation stone for a multi-storey building  which will built at a cost of  Rs 35 crore .

 “Today is the birth anniversary of Shailabala Das, one of the most revered women leaders of Odisha. I pay my heartiest tributes to her on this occasion,” said the Chief Minister while address the students and teachers on the occasion.

Higher Education Minister Rohit Pujari , Cuttack Mayor Subash Singh and others were among those present.
