BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday congratulated the newly elected Speaker BK Arukha. CM Patnaik hoped, Speaker Arukha will live to the expectations and run the House business smoothly.

Outgoing SN Patro had recently resigned from the post of Assembly Speaker due to health issues.
