BHUBANESWAR: The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar, has congratulated the swimmer of Odisha-JSW Swimming High Performance Center Swimmer Pratyasa Ray, who is now studying at BJB Autonomous College, for winning a Bronze medal in the Women’s 100m Backstroke event, at the All India Inter-University Aquatics Championships, which concluded on Sunday here at the KIIT-KISS Swimming Complex.
