BHUBANESWAR: Emphasizing the development of Oriya language, literature and culture, Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra today reviewed the implementation of the decisions taken by the Heritage Cabinet.
By end of this year, Biswa Odia Bhasa Sammelan will be hosted in which 10,000 participants will join. It will be organised in virtual mode due to COVID-19. A sub-committee under chairmanship of Development Commissioner has been formed to oversee all decisions taken at Heritage Cabinet.
Besides, Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra, Development Commissioner PK Jena, SJTA Chief Administrator and Works Secretary Dr Krishan Kumar, Principal Secretary Finance, Ashok K Meena, Secretary, Electronics & IT; Science and Technology Department, Manoj Mishra, Principal Secretary Higher Education, Saswat Mishra, Puri Collector Samartha Verma were among those present in the meeting.
